|
Vinyl is used on banners, t-shirts, signs, cars and more. We use vinyl to put names and numbers on uniforms. We also use vinyl to make small quantities of apparel. It is also used to make banners and/or sings for teams, store openings, yard sales, etc. We can also make stickers for you car windows.
We have a special cutter that we use to cut out custom images. We need to have your artwork in vector format. We work in Corel Draw and then send the artwork to the cutter to be cut. The vinyl is then weeded, which is where the extra vinyl around the design is removed leaving only the design on the carrier sheet. When placing on a garment, it is heat pressed on with temperatures around 330 degrees. When placed on another substrate is rubbed on and then the carrier sheet is peeled away.
