Once we have your design, it has to be digitized before we can sew it out. This is a one time fee. Digitizing is the process of taking a design, magnifying the image and placing where every stitch will go, how many stitches will be required and what type of stitch it should be. Once this is done, the image is turned into a .dst file (digitized stitch file) which the embroidery computer reads to embroider the design onto garments. Typically, a left chest logo will cost you around $35.00–$50.00 to have digitized. Once this has been done, we keep your design on file so you will not have to have the set up fee again for future orders.

The cost of embroidery will depend on the location, size and quantity of the design. Stitch count and difficulty play a part in the cost.
